Please read the below to ensure we can make your return as speedy as possible. 


We will happily accept returns within 7 business days for domestic returns and 14 business days for international returns once purchase is received. All items returned must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and must include all tags.  Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sale items are a final sale.

Enclosed in your online order you will find a Return Slip. This must be filled in and sent back with your returned item. Please fill in all details on the slip including you Name, Order # and reason for return.



Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If the return does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We advise that you use a tracked method for safe delivery.



We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping and duties paid. Once your return arrives to us within the time frame specified please allow 3 to 4 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalized.



Sale items can not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sale items are at the end of sale.



All products have been quality controlled, however if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the faulty item before returning. We will replace the item if we have stock available or will issue with a refund within 1 month of purchase. Anything outside this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.


Unreleased reserves the right to refuse a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our return policy.
